This policy describes the production iOS app (bundle ID com.wykreslanki.app). It is not legal advice.

The in-app English interface is a single locale. Labels such as Full Edition and Restore purchases are the same in English (UK) and English (US) storefronts.

The U.K. App Store listing title is Wykreślanki: Word Search. The product name is Aurya.

Account

Aurya does not require sign-in. There is no user account, no game server, and no cloud sync of progress.

What we collect

The app does not collect personal data onto servers we operate — there is no such server. It does not send us board progress, grids, discoveries, device identifiers, or purchase history.

We do not claim that “nothing ever leaves the device.” Two paths leave the app only if you start them:

• buying or restoring Full Edition — Apple handles payment and the receipt;
• email from the You tab (Write to us) — opens your mail app to irek_karon@icloud.com; you send the message through your mail provider.

Opening this page in a browser is an ordinary HTTPS request to the static-page host (Cloudflare Worker). The app does not upload gameplay there.

What this release does not include

• an analytics SDK;
• a crash-reporting SDK (the local error hook sends nothing);
• ads or an advertising SDK;
• cross-app tracking, ATT, or IDFA;
• push notifications;
• camera, photos, microphone, location, or contacts access.

What stays on the device

Progress, language, Full Edition unlock, and the in-progress board are stored locally (app storage / AsyncStorage; on iOS also system APIs such as UserDefaults). That data goes away if you uninstall, except for any OS backup (for example iCloud) that we do not operate.

Apple’s privacy manifest declares only on-device required-reason APIs (UserDefaults, file timestamps, system boot time). Those APIs do not send puzzle content to us. Collected-data types in the manifest are empty; tracking is off.

Purchases

Full Edition (full_edition_v1) is a one-time non-consumable in-app purchase. There is no subscription. Apple (StoreKit) processes payment. We do not see card numbers or full payment details. Restore asks the Apple Account on the device.

Third parties

We do not send gameplay data to analytics, ads, or crash vendors. Apple processes the store transaction under Apple’s rules. If you email us, the content reaches us through your mail provider.

Children

This is a word-search pastime for a general audience. It is not a Made for Kids app and is not directed at children under 13. We do not profile children or collect personal data for advertising.
